Converting discussion or question threads to documents

Sometimes an important discussion or question needs to become a document.

There may be times when you want to convert a discussion or question into a document. When you do this, you create a new document that contains the original post and all replies. Then, you can edit the new document and save it. The discussion or question itself is not removed.

• To convert a discussion or question to a document, go to it, and then click Convert to document.
