General Requirements

Community; you must be a community user to view the matrix.
Jive for iOS and Jive for Android Add-Ons
To use the Mobile 3
implementation with the iOS or Android apps, you need the Jive Mobile add-ons for these
apps. These add-ons should already be installed by default for all Hosted and Cloud
sites with a Mobile license, and
Connections to Add-On Services
should be set to
Allowed in the admin console. For more
