Spam prevention
You can use a variety of best practices to avoid spam in your community. Here are some general spam prevention strategies, as well as those that target specific spammers.
Community administrators of externally-facing communities should develop a strategy for dealing with spam. (Internally-facing communities do not typically experience spam.) Here you can find general spam-prevention methods, as well as methods for targeting specific spammers. You can choose the methods that should work best for your community.
