Can't remember people, place, or title?

Sometimes you can't remember the title, people, or place of something you know you saw. In that case, try this search method.

For example, you remember participating in a discussion during the last three months about how to increase customer survey participation, but you can't remember exactly the discussion title. Or maybe that was not a discussion, but a blog post?

Click the search icon at the upper right and type in keywords, such as customer survey. Click All content and select Discussions and Blog posts under the search box because you don't need to see results from documents or polls or ideas. Then click All time and select 90 days to get only items updated within the last three months.

If you get too many results, you can try clicking Advanced Search (this opens the Advanced Search page) and narrowing the results even more: by a possible author or a likely place.
