Global Impact

Shows how the community reacts to your content by looking at their social actions, such as bookmarks, comments, likes, shares, and views. Personal Insights uses averages over the past 12 months to calculate this number.

Sentiment

Shows how well your content resonates with your community. Content can achieve Neutral, Good, or Excellent sentiment based on social action and views. Personal Insights uses averages over the past 12 months to calculate this value.
