Software requirements

• Jive Cloud
• Cloud Search Service enabled

Cloud Analytics is enabled by default. We recommend that you do not disable Cloud Analytics because other services, such as Impact Metrics, the Leaderboard, and Views of Answered Questions reports, require it.
